Zhuorui metal injection molding process starts with tooling design and fabricating to be followed by feedstock compounding, injection molding, debinding, sintering, and all necessary secondary operations, including heat treating, coining, grinding, sandblasting, tumbling, polishing, plating, PVD coating, laser marking, etc. In-house tooling manufacturing allows us to significantly reduce time-to-market and to respond to customer’s design changes more efficiently.

MIM Manufacturing Equipment

Zhuorui Manufacturing Equipment in China specializes in advanced metal injection molding (MIM) solutions, operating two state-of-the-art facilities: Dongguan, Guangdong (10,000㎡) and Bac Ninh, Vietnam (12,000㎡). Both sites are equipped with world-class continual sintering furnaces and comprehensive post-processing systems.

Key MIM manufacturing equipment includes 76 sets of MIM CIM forming machines (80–150T), ensuring precision in part shaping. For thermal processing, there are 12 MIM/CIM sintering furnaces for metals and ceramics, along with 3 MIM debinding sintering furnaces, 1 CIM debinding sintering furnace, and 9 MIM & CIM monomer debinding sintering furnaces, enabling efficient binder removal and densification. An automatic anode debinding line streamlines the debinding process for high-volume production.

Complementing these, the facilities house over 1,200 CNC machines (FANUC, Brother, Taikan), 30 stamping/shaping machines (30–250T), and post-processing equipment like 58 automatic polishing machines and 45 high-speed centrifugal surface grinders. With 15 precision injection molding machines and 28 die-casting machines, Zhuorui Nami integrates end-to-end MIM capabilities, delivering high-quality components with advanced technology and scalable production capacity.

Tooling and Design

1. Apability Overview

Molds design and manufacturing are one of the core technologies and competences. We believe this competence contributes the most for that we can produce high quality MIM parts in a low cost. We have sufficient capacity to handle tooling design modifications and meet customers’ urgent requirements. We are able to accomplish molds design and to make sure providing new molds for 50-80 sets of new products each month as we equip with advanced tools and experienced technicians.
